Introducing the MonnaMo Collection: A Journey of Feeling

It emerged quietly, almost intuitively, during a time when life felt anything but quiet. Things were chaotic, and emotions were running high—messy, intense, sometimes unbearable. I didn’t know what to do with all of it.

So, I did the only thing I knew at the time: I locked myself in my studio and stepped in front of the camera.

Maybe I believed that capturing those emotions would help me process them—that I could shape them, maybe even transform them into something else. I’m not quite sure.

What I’ve come to understand is this: emotions aren’t problems we need to solve.

They’re experiences we’re meant to feel.

We’re emotional beings—every single one of us. Emotions shape our inner world and influence how we respond to the outer one. They move through us, weaving into our thoughts, decisions, and relationships. Whether it’s joy or grief, love or frustration, our emotions colour how we live this human experience.

And yet, most of us were never taught how to hold space for our emotions.

We’re told to “get over it,” “stay strong,” or “look on the bright side.”

So when the heavier feelings come—shame, sorrow, rage—we panic. We suppress. We numb. We distract ourselves in a thousand ways just to avoid sitting in discomfort.

But what if we didn’t?

What if we simply allowed ourselves to feel? Not to fix. Not to label. Just… feel.

So sit with them. Let them rise and fall. Emotions are like tides—meant to move, not stay. And if they linger, they often harden into something heavier, like judgment. If you find yourself stuck in self-blame or resentment, pause. Ask yourself gently:

What’s behind this?

What belief or fear am I holding on to?

The MonnaMo Collection was born in one of those deep, emotional spaces. It became a doorway—one I didn’t know I needed. At first, it felt like entering a dark room filled with every feeling I hadn’t yet faced. But eventually, I found the light. And in that light, I saw a kaleidoscope of colour, growth, and clarity. What started in emotional chaos transformed into something beautiful.

That’s the energy behind MonnaMo: the courage to feel, the willingness to flow, and the discovery of self through both.

So if you find yourself in a season of feeling deeply, know this—you’re not broken.

You’re alive. Let it move through you. Let it guide you back to yourself.

This is your invitation:

Feel. Flow. Become.
